• Larger businesses and public-sector organisations: Business Terms and Conditions, together with any service-specific terms identified in the quotation or Order.
• Domain registrants: The relevant customer terms, Domain Registration Terms, the Renewal, Expiry and Cancellation Policy, published pricing and the applicable registry terms.
• All service users: The Acceptable Use and Abuse Policy and the relevant privacy, cookie and security provisions.

• Domain Registration Terms

  The terms applying to domain registration, transfer and management for Consumers and business customers, together with applicable registry and sponsoring-registrar requirements.

  How renewals, Auto-Renew, reminders, failed payments, expiry, suspension, restoration, deletion, cancellation and transfers are handled.

Service-specific documents

Some services have additional technical, commercial or regulatory terms supplied with the quotation, Order or service schedule. These may include connectivity terms, installation conditions, service levels, support arrangements, equipment terms, data-processing provisions and a customer-specific contract summary. Where those documents are incorporated into an Order, they form part of the contract for that service.

F13 Limited is a Nominet member and .UK registrar. A .UK registration creates a separate contract between the registrant and Nominet in addition to the contract with F13.
